बड़ी खबर, अब बच्चों को भी लगाई जाएगी कोरोना वैक्सीन

नई दिल्ली। कोरोना के खिलाफ चल रहे टीकाकरण अभियान अब और अधिक मजबूत होगा। दरअसल बच्चों के लिए बनाई गई Covaxin कोविड वैक्सीन को डीसीजीआई ने परमिशन दे दी है। सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, इस वैक्सीन के दो डोज बच्चों को लगाए जाएंगे। 2 से 18 साल के बच्चों को ये वैक्सीन लगाई जाएगी। सूत्रों ने बताया कि ट्रायल में बच्चों के ऊपर वैक्सीन का कोई भी साइड इफैक्ट सामने नहीं आया है।

देश में अबतक 95.82 करोड़ खुराक दी गईं

देश में सोमवार को 59 लाख से ज्यादा खुराक दिए जाने के साथ अब तक कोविड-19 रोधी टीके की 95.82 करोड़ खुराकें दी जा चुकी हैं। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने बताया कि देर रात अंतिम रिपोर्ट के आंकड़े जोड़ने के साथ सोमवार को टीके की दी गई खुराकों की संख्या बढ़ने की संभावना है।

देश में 16 जनवरी से पहले चरण में स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों के लिए टीकाकरण की शुरुआत की गई थी। इसके बाद दो फरवरी से अग्रिम मोर्चे के कर्मियों का टीकाकरण शुरू हुआ। वहीं, एक मार्च से वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और गंभीर बीमारियों से जूझ रहे 45 साल की उम्र से ज्यादा के लोगों के लिए टीकाकरण शुरू हुआ। एक अप्रैल से 45 साल से अधिक उम्र के सभी लोगों के लिए यह अभियान आरंभ हुआ। बाद में एक मई से 18 साल से अधिक उम्र के सभी लोगों के लिए टीकाकरण की शुरुआत हुई।
